Mission Statement:

The Registrar's Office exists to support the Mission and Goals of the College by acting as the official keeper of academic and enrollment records and is fully committed to maintaining accuracy, integrity, fairness, and confidentiality to serve students and alumni while complying with the Family Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974.

Academic Transcript

  • Transcript Request Form (PDF)
  • Instructions:
    • Complete the above form and submit it to the Registrar's Office using one of the following methods:
      1. Submit in person in the Registrar's Office, located on the first floor of the Fulmer Center.
      2. Submit via email at registrar@gbc.edu.
      3. Submit via secure fax to 302-998-8631.
      4. Submit via mailing it to: Registrar's Office, Goldey-Beacom College, 4701 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808
  • Please note the following:
    • There is no fee for this service.
    • Transcript requests are generally processed twice per week, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
    • By submitting a transcript request, you are authorizing the Registrar's Office to update your directory information using the information you provide.
    • Please be aware that certain holds on your student account will prevent the release of your transcript. In the event that you have a hold on your account, you will be notified and instructions will be provided for how to resolve the hold.
    • If you are picking up your transcript(s) in person, you will be required to present photo ID.
    • Any questions regarding the transcript request process can be directed to the Registrar at registrar@gbc.edu.

Student Verification of Enrollment/Graduation

  • Instructions:
    • Complete the above form and submit it to the Registrar's Office using one of the following methods:
      1. Submit in person in the Registrar's Office, located on the first floor of the Fulmer Center.

    • Please be aware that certain holds on your student account will prevent the release of your letter. In the event that you have a hold on your account, you will be notified and instructions will be provided for how to resolve the hold.
    • If you are picking up your letter in person, you will be required to present photo ID.
    • Any questions regarding the student verification of enrollment/graduation process can be directed to the Registrar at registrar@gbc.edu.

Third Party Enrollment/Degree Verifications

  • Businesses or organizations requesting a student's enrollment or degree verification can fax or email the request to (302) 998-8631 or registrar@gbc.edu.
  • Requests for enrollment or degree verification will be processed within five days. During periods of high student need or when the College is closed, a delay may occur.

Replacement Diploma Order

  • Replacement Diploma Order Form (PDF)
  • Instructions:
    • Complete the above form and submit it to the Registrar's Office using one of the following methods:
      1. Submit in person in the Registrar's Office, located on the first floor of the Fulmer Center.
      2. Submit via email at registrar@gbc.edu.
      3. Submit via secure fax to 302-998-8631.
      4. Submit via mailing it to: Registrar's Office, Goldey-Beacom College, 4701 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808
  • Contact the Business Office at business@gbc.edu to make a payment of $40.
  • Please note the following:
    • Please allow for 8-10 weeks for your request to be processed.
    • A $40 fee per diploma request is required to process the order. Payment questions can be directed to the Business Office at business@gbc.edu.
    • By submitting a diploma re-order request, you are authorizing the Registrar's Office to update your directory information using the information you provide.
    • Please be aware that certain holds on your student account will prevent the release of your diploma. In the event that you have a hold on your account, you will be notified and instructions will be provided for how to resolve the hold.
    • If you are picking up your diploma in person, you will be required to present photo ID.
    • Any questions regarding the replacement diploma order process can be directed to the Registrar at registrar@gbc.edu.
